CSE Accounting

For French works councils with simplified bookkeeping
In development

Accounting for French works councils (comités sociaux et économiques, CSE) with annual resources of up to €153,000. Elected members keep the books without being accountants, and the application produces the documents required at year end.

  • Bookkeeping entriesIncome and expenses recorded simply, split between the operating budget (AEP) and the social and cultural activities budget (ASC).
  • Regulatory ANC statementsYear-end statements generated in line with the rules of the French Accounting Standards Authority (ANC).
  • Expense claims with approval workflowSubmitted by elected members, approved by the treasurer, with a full history of every decision.
  • OCR for receipts and invoicesSnap a photo of an invoice or receipt: supplier, date and amounts are filled in automatically.
